Ron - did you ever get this issue sorted? Or did anyone else have any advice? I am having the exact same issue. I cannot for the life of me get the Update event to fire. I have tried to follow this example exactly. Everything else works great (populating and inserting), but when I reorder the list nothing is called...I have made some posts on asp.NET about this and received no replies so if anyone here could help I would be most grateful. I'm not sure this is the spot to ask these questions, but I wasn't sure where else to try.
Thanks,
Rubes

I followed the tutorial as closely as possible.
For some reason the Update event is not working. When i reorder the list it snaps back to its original order. Anyone have any thoughts on what i am doing wrong?
