Thus, we see that proper and timely staffing is a very important
aspect of Project Management. Sometimes there are staffing changes which can
affect the project irrespective by choice or uncontrollable events. Staffing
changes, additional training and disciplinary are parts of corrective action in
human resources management. Preventive action can be developed to reduce the
probability and/or impact of problems for the project management team
identifies potential or emerging human resources issues, especially as human
resources are one of the most important aspects for the project to be delivered
on time and within budget.
