You can use any text editor to build Silverlight
applications. If you have VS 2008 or the free Visual Web Developer
Express 2008 edition, you can download this library to get JavaScript intellisense for
Silverlight 1.0. If you are building .NET applications using the
Silverlight 1.1 Alpha, you can download the Silverlight Tools for
VS 2008 Alpha and Expression Blend Preview.
