Notes:

  • The Modal PopUp enables the developer to create a pop up which can contain ASP.NET server controls
  • The Modal PopUp also allows you to configure the OKClick and CancelClick button and fire client side script
  • You can use the Cascading Style Sheet to disable the background of the page; this will make the focus on the Modal PopUp only

here u've showed very well,
but i want to know how other properties work also...
like DynamicContextKey..
In AjaxControlToolkit 1.x MS have introduced Dynamic properties of ModalPopupExtender,which i dont know how to use them!
