Abstract
Barack Obama was a tech savvy candidate for the 2009 US presidential elections. His Presidential Inaugural Committee decided to make use of Microsoft's Silverlight technology for streaming live video of the entire oath proceedings beginning from the capitol to the White house. In this article, Scott examines the various aspects of this issue with relevant screenshots and links including briefly mentioning CNN and MSNBC using Photosynth.
