The Modal PopUp enables the developer to create a pop up which can contain ASP.NET server controls
The Modal PopUp also allows you to configure the OKClick and CancelClick button and fire client side script
You can use the Cascading Style Sheet to disable the background of the page; this will make the focus on the Modal PopUp only
