In this article I have implemented a Business Process Execution Framework that has illustrated how effectively we can decouple the User Interface and the Business Logic Layers of our applications. There is a lot more to it; it is simply a beginning. You need to incorporate a lot of things to make this framework more robust, scalable and flexible.
