Introduction |
In today's business world, many businesses are trying to
automate their workflow process. There are many tools available in the market
and InfoPath 2003 is one of them. Even though InfoPath 2003 does not address
complex workflow processes, it can handle simple processes with ease. In this
first of a series of workflow related articles, I will explain the basic
workflow process using InfoPath 2003 and email process. During this I will also
explain User Roles and Submission Rules. The next part will deal with how to
use InfoPath 2003 and WSS Templates.

good article, but I'm looking for how to make existing forms display views by user. This example only works when a NEW form is being filled out.

This was a well written document. Simple to follow, and results were attainable.
I would have explained a little more on how to add the sections, and some of the naming conventions for the fields

Very well explained. Thx. * Just want to share what happened to me recently, I used Infopath 2007 to create a form for all our Infopath2003 users - everything went fine until i had the form deployed for UAT. Every user had to upgrade their Office2003 to SP2 in order to open and start using the form. IP2003 refused to open the form on systems with no sp2.
