Summary

In this article I explained how the user can create basic workflow rules using tools available in InfoPath 2003.  To sum it up, we performed the following steps to create our workflow:

·         Created User Roles

·         Created Rules and Conditions for the User Roles to submit the form

The next part of this article will deal with creating workflow process using InfoPath 2003 and WSS Sites.

This was a well written document. Simple to follow, and results were attainable.

I would have explained a little more on how to add the sections, and some of the naming conventions for the fields

Very well explained. Thx. * Just want to share what happened to me recently, I used Infopath 2007 to create a form for all our Infopath2003 users - everything went fine until i had the form deployed for UAT. Every user had to upgrade their Office2003 to SP2 in order to open and start using the form. IP2003 refused to open the form on systems with no sp2.
