There are some short and long comments about each guideline from some famous .NET names. Sometimes these thoughts give different direction to a reader and there isn't any conclusion to let a reader know what the result of all these comments is and what he should do?

A few parts don't have enough details or a short sample code to explain the guideline and may be confusing for some developers.
