Murach C# 2010 is not a book which can be read over the span of 24 hours. The book will be useful for beginners if they are willing to read plenty of content. I feel that computer training centers can make use of this book as a course material for long term C# programming courses. Companies can keep a copy of the book on their shelves as it will help new interns and programmers to master C# language effectively without any assistance from others.
